CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. is the first real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on energy infrastructure. The Company owns and operates or leases critical assets and associated difficult to replicate right-of-way corridors. While the Company has owned a wide verity of infrastructure assets across the United States, CorEnergy's current focus is in California through its wholly owned subsidiary Crimson Midstream.



Crimson has been operating in California since 2005 and owns approximately 2,000 miles pipelines and associated rights of way stretching from the San Fransico Bay area down to Orange county. While Crimson's focus today is safe and reliable crude oil transportation, it is working on alternative uses for its extensive pipeline network and rights of way and plans on being a key contributor to California's carbon reduction goal.

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc (“CorEnergy” or “Company”) elected to not declare and pay a dividend prior to the end of 2025, which is required for the Company to remain qualified as a REIT.
