26 May CorEnergy Announces New Board Member
CorEnergy announced that Arkan Haile has been elected to the Company’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Haile is Senior Executive Advisor to the Mayor for Development and Special Projects for the City and County of Denver, an appointed position he began in April 2022. He spent the prior 16 years serving as outside counsel to companies primarily in the midstream energy industry and, more recently, as a legal executive in the midstream energy industry. Mr. Haile holds a BA in Economics and Political Science and an MBA from the University of Denver, and a JD from the University of Colorado.
David Schulte, CorEnergy’s President and CEO stated, “We are extremely pleased to have Arkan Haile join our Board of Directors. Arkan brings a wealth of experience in the midstream energy sector and will play a valuable role on our Board as we continue to expand beyond pipeline operations into carbon sequestration initiatives and other energy transition opportunities.”
Mr. Haile will serve on both CorEnergy’s Audit Committee and Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee.
